Dark red. Lots of yeast and raspberry. Raspberry flavor, lots of fruit and yeast. Sour,n I t as much as a belgian, but good sour flavor. Raspberry jam finish. Ver good.

Hazy to cloudy light amber with sediment. Aroma is oaked balsamic like vinegary slight hop. Flavor’s like nose, sweet tart with good carbonation. Ok, but nothing special. Had at Schera’s Zwanze Day in Elkader, IA.

Odd duck. Purple liquid with pink head. Aroma and flavor have pronounced blueberry, some oak, some tart, yeast funk. Start is better than finish which wasn’t so good. Had this at Shera’s Zwanze Day.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, funk, wood. Medium body, strong funk, light twrtness, lemon zest, oak, very good.

Bottle - Brilliant jammy tart raspberry. Clear deep red with a white head. Light acidity, raspberry and leafy notes. Nose is absolutely brilliant but flavour is not as great.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a kool-aid like clear red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour cranberry with a bit of sweet grains and a light barrel. Flavor is quite sour with cranberry, has a bit of acid and a light barrel note.

The beer is a deep purple. Opaque. Small pink maroon head. Huge raspberry flavor in the aroma. Solid funk. Mild cheesiness. Lots of nice fruitiness against the sour. Jammy, vinous, some nice oak. Lemon tartness mostly from the berries. Taste is fairly tart but not harsh. Very good funk to this beer. Fizzy feel. Probably my favorite O’so beer so far.

Bottle thanks to Team Wisconsin. Pours a gorgeous ruby with small pinkish head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong berry, funk, oak. Thin mouth, very sour, cranberry, light funk and oak, very nice.
