Clear and bright, with the slightest hint of yellow. Lovely aroma. Of floral Honey, apples, and pears with some subtle tartness and vinous quality you’d get from a white wine. Body is nice, carb is soft. Finish is quite sweet, but not cloying. Lovely crisp apples and pears round out the intense sweetness. Great stuff.

Bottle: Poured a nice gold color mead/cider. Aroma of light sweet apple pie with nice honey notes and plenty of residual sugar notes. Taste is mix of nice sweet apple pie notes with floral honey notes with just the right amount of residual sugar with no real apparent alcohol notes. Body is full with nice oily texture. This is dangerously good and way too easy to drink.

A nice golden mead with aroma with intense apple pulp, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet mix of tart apples, honey, light mineral notes, bubbles, light acidity, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from Pushkinwow, at GRMs tasting.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is complex, with notes of honey, apple, and pear. Flavour brings out lovely notes of honey and apple - medium complexity. Drinks like a mix of a cider and a mead. Great stuff.

Bottle at the Angry Fist of Santa tasting at Chris_o’s. Thanks Harry. Hazy gold. Glue, honey and buckwheat on aroma. Now I am a big fan of meads, but this really wasn’t in my zone. I much prefer the English nougat/honey versions.

750 ml bottle from HogTownHarry! Thanks! Nose is sweet honeycomb right out of the hive, with some woodiness and golden delicious apples; translucent pale yellow with no head or bubbles; favor is like a light colored wood such as ash, with honey, appley notes and some light alchol warmth. Excellent mead!
