473 ml bottle. Pours a bright amber with moderate head. Aromas of sweet apple juice and sharp toasted malts. Flavors of plastic like fruit, wood (though not necessarily cedar), and more sharp toasted malts. Odd

375 ml bottle. Pours a bright copper color with no head. Aromas of subtle begian yeast, dry stoned fruit, cider, and toasted malts. Flavors follow same. Good carbonation. Comes across as a heavy cider with a bit of a Belgian influence. Interesting.

Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with small beige head. Leather and tobacco with feint peat, and an underlying tart sour note. Has a lot of potential, appreciate the attempt.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear dull gold with dissipating white head. Aroma of apple juice (acetaldehyde? but sweet, very odd), taste still has a touch of the apple juice quality, along with a basic plain herbal malt. Very weird, not sure what to make of this...

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with small white head. Tons of brett and oak, some dry astringency in the background and finish. Okay.

500mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Nose has subtle cedar notes upfront, with a touch of bready malt in back – pretty gentle. Flavour is odd – unfortunately on the sweet side, with a weird herbal expression that comes along with the cedar. I’m not finding anything to enjoy about this. Doesn’t work for me, especially because of that sweetness.

473 ml can. Pours a clear cold with moderate head. Aromas of corn syrup, pears, and toasted malts. Flavors of bittering hops, cereal, and sharp toasted malts. Very lagerish. Maybe historic, but not very interesting.

473 ml can. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of candied citrus and bready malts. Flavors of a candied citrus and doughy malts. Simple. Nice enough, though doesn’t seem historic.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of smoked malt, leather, bready caramel, and a touch of tobacco. Flavour is quite malty, with plenty of smoky, peated malt, tobacco, leather, and bready caramel. Very malty, a bit sweeter than the classic HotD Adam that we all know and love. There’s also a touch of tartness that becomes more apparent with each sip and as it warms up. It's good, but that tartness I could do without.

Bottle pour at East Side Beer Fest. Pours clear gold with a white head. Cedar and sweet malts on the nose. Flavour has a malty base with a crisp, slightly floral pine. A bit on the sweet side, but still nice.
