Mid-haze, golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, pretty good retention and nice foamy lacing left. Citrus zest, juices with mild tropical fruits, some grassiness, white wine and a tad pineapple sweetness. A wet mouthfeel with some good dryness in the end. Again, citrus, grapes, grassy hops and other fruity notes in the flavours. A nice refreshing, juicy NEPA with some good drying bitterness in the finish, and light more body for the style.

A very slight haze, bright yellow colour with a huge white head, very long retention and foamy lacing all-around. Fresh, herbal, lightly spiced aromas with some pear-apple notes. The white grape vinous touch from the Nelson Sauvin shows up in the taste, but all well-balanced with the Pilsner Saaz, herbal action and light fruitiness. Another great lager from this brewery with lots to offer.

On-tap: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some herbal hops notes with light citrusy hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of clean cereal notes with some citrusy/herbal notes with a semi-sweet finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager with a nice twist with New World hops and light residual sugar notes.

On-tap: Poured a black color stout with a nice large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice floral coffee notes with some roasted malt. Taste is also a nice mix of floral coffee notes with some roasted malt notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Solid stout with very high-drinkability.
