On-tap: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some herbal hops notes with light citrusy hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of clean cereal notes with some citrusy/herbal notes with a semi-sweet finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager with a nice twist with New World hops and light residual sugar notes.

On-tap: Poured a hazy/cloudy color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-dry/bitter finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tropical notes and a semi-dry/bitter finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but juicy notes could have been more pronounced.

Lightly hazed, deep orange colour with a fizzy white cap, leaving a ring of tiny bubbles on the brew. Getting some diacetyl, caramel notes in the nose, but they are being covered by the tropical fruits, cherries, and light ginger. The ginger shows up a little more in the finish, spicing things up ! The cherry juice blends well to not have a too tropical fruitiness to it - just refreshing. Some decent sourness balancing with the rest, but not puckering. Quite an interesting, different fruity sour with a ginger spice twist.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a small white cap, not much stay, but some streaks of lacing are left. Beautiful, fresh aromas of herbs, mild grassiness, perfume (chamomile) over the fruity malts that has pear notes. Wet mouthfeel with a touch of building dryness. The flavours continues showing the floral-perfume, herbal-hoppiness with the pear malts, but a tad milder. Gets a little hazy as it pours near the end. An interesting Witbier with lots of herbal ingredients and more - yet, just being refreshing and not syrupy.

O:7.18 V:4.7 G:6.94 C:4.58 G:14.76 T:38.16

Hazy golden-yellow colour with amber highlights, a frothy white cap, good stay and nice thin, sticky lacing streaks. Citrus aromas with nectarine notes and herbal hints. The stone fruits appear a little stronger in the taste with the citrus zest and hops drying things up in the finish. All is milder than a Hazy IPA, so fair for the style. An easy-drinking Hazy Pale Ale with the Nectaron being well-blended with the rest to not be too sweet-fruity.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy white head, decent stay and lots of foamy-soapy lacing. Cereal malt base aromas with pear and fresh herbal notes. Flavours are pretty much the same, with the cereal grains at first, going through hints of pears and finishing on a hoppy-grassy drying touch. A pretty good Blonde Ale with hints of pears, cereal malts and nice drying hops.

Slightly hazed, light golden colour with a fluffy-frothy white cap, good retention and loads of sticky-foamy lacing. A nice, fresh, mild herbal aroma over the light straw malt base. The taste is quite refreshing with the nicely balanced herbal hops again with the light maltiness. Just enough dryness in the finish, that lingers well. A touch of bitterness occurs, hints of pears. Quite a well-brewed lager with good fresh hops that helps the malt refreshen.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a fluffy-frothy white head, good retention and some nice, sticky-foamy lacing. Fresh orange juice aromas with the fruity-sweetness and herbal hints to balance. The taste blends a little more citrus zest with the orangy juices, and some mild dryness in the end. A tad pineapple and white grapes does come out with time in the nose. Not getting too much of my love - Nelson Sauvin, but this is a really good juicy, hazy Pale ale with a tangerine touch (almost like more Nectaron hops).
