Tap at Bristol Craft Beer Festival, June 2022. Pours dark brown with beige foam. Aroma: toasted malts, fruity, nuts, grass. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, toasty malts, caramel, some citrus. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Can shared at work. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Nose is bittersweet hoppy notes of fruits and resin. Taste is fruity up front, then turning grassy and lightly bitter by the end of the sip. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation.

Bottiglia. Sentori di sottobosco vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si attestano indizi di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba, agrumi e frutta passita.

Вкус травянистого хмеля континентального, немного цедры и легких специй, цвет полу мутный, пены почти нету. Вкус весьма горький, сразу и до конца на финише. За травянистостью почти ничего нету. Какие то намеки на цитрусовые и как будто добавление сока, буквально пару капель.
