Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey Craft beer tasting, thanks Balasz. BB **-2019. Dorée sur léger toruble, col léger crémeux blanc. Arôme est cloying, esters tirant sur la banane et petite note de pomme verte. Fruité finement tropical avec effet d'agrumes vertes, yuzu fin, citronné, petite effluve de coriandre en rétro-nasal. Palais est modéré levure belge, ester moyen, fruité orange, coriandre en retrait assurant la balance avec le côté levure. Classique avec plus de raffinement que la version classique belge. Le tout se termine sur une petite pointe organique relevée par les esters de la levure.

On tap at 'Durer Kert'. Hazy, pale orangeish amber with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity aroma of apricot, lemon and some rhubarb. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, rather fruity taste of apricot, soft lemon and a touch of rhubarb, followed by a short, moderately tart, dry and a bit minerally-salty finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Almost clear, dark reddish brown with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite spicy and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, pumpkin, cinnamon and raisins. Very sweet, malty, moderately spicy and slightly fruity taste of dark chocolate, pumpkin, cinnamon and raisins, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very intense, quite heavy on the spices but really nice!

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Dark brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of milk chocolate, nougat, hazelnut, some vanilla and hints of dark ripe fruits. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of praline, oak, dark ripe fruits and some vanilla, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy, a bit woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Minimally sweet, pretty dry, moderately tart, slightly fruity and a little smoky taste of lemon, gooseberry, rhubarb, some wheat and a bit of smoked ham, followed by a short, moderately tart, very dry and slightly minerally-salty finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
