On tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a light brown head that lasts throughout the beer and laces thickly. Aroma has a nice roasted malts with some chocolates and just a touch of bitter dark grains. Flavor has roasted malts throughout with bitter chocolate and a good amount of toffee.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of thyme with lemon and a touch of citrus. Flavor is thyme heavy up front with citrus and wheat coming out in the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges slowly and laces. Aroma has dark fruits and sweet grains dark grains with a bit of toffee backing. Flavor has tons of dark fruits with a strong toffee note and a touch of roast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong toasted hemp with a good amount of molasses. Flavor has strong hemp throughout with sweet toasted molasses and a touch of sweet dark grains. Hemp is a bit odd for me.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet light fruit, caramel, sweet grains and a hint citrus. Flavor starts with caramel and honey with a bit of light fruit and a hint of a floral note. Surprisingly drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a a clear amber gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount honey with a hint of light fruit and sweet grain with a bit of warming alcohol. Flavor is similar with sweet grains and honey with some sweet light fruits.
Getting lots of vanilla notes. Not a fan

Bottle 22fl.oz.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, light citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120529]

Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice resinous hop note with some grass and a sweet grain backing. Flavor has a good amount of pine up front with some sweet grains and resin and mellows to more of a grassy finish.

Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a clear amber with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and alces. Aroma has grassy and citrus hops with a hint of resin and a backing wheat note. Flavor starts with grass and light floral hops with a growing pine note that is backed by wheat throughout.
