Malzig-hopfiger Beginn, kernig, würzig, deutlich ansteigende Bitterkeit. Malz und Hopfen sind auf gleichem Level, intensiv, dennoch harmonisch, zum Black IPA fehlen nur noch Röstnoten. Langer würziger Nachhall, intensiv. 10/11/11/12/8/11

Heller und klarer, angenehm herber Beginn. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, die Herbe bleibt konstant, ansteigend bitter. Helles Malz, trocken, moderat getreidig. Spritzig, mit der Zeit cremiger, die Herbe wird dominanter, langer Nachhall. 9/8/6/8/8/9

0.3 l tap at Craftbeer Oktoberfest 2021. Cloudy yellow, small head. Grapefruit zest, soapy notes, light spicy hops, some lime. Dry hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry finish.

0.3 l tap. Murky red brown with a creamy head. Rye, grapefruit, resin, pine, caramel, some tobacco, pumpernickel, herbal hops. Hoppy bitterness, grainy malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, hoppy bittersweet finish. Great stuff!

0.3 l tap. Cloudy golden, fluffy head. Floral hops, dry citrus, some banana, pear, elderflower, some mango. Mild dryness, fruity sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry finish. Nice.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from the brewery. Light hazy orange amber with a good head. Nice full creamy nose, smooth earthy hoppiness. Mouthfeel is very creamy, mild bitterness with lots of earthy herbal tones and a bit of citrus/lime. Nice traditional flavors, reminds of a British ale with more carb.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Light hazy golden, stable white cream. Restrained grass and bitter pear peel aroma. Medium body, a bit clay, grass, herbal bitterness, tart pear skin finish.meLy aftertaste.
