473mL bottle. Pours nearly opaque purple with small white head. Aroma has cherry juice, bourbon, wood, old plastic. Flavour has sour cherry juice, bourbon, wood, plastic. I want to like the cherry flavour, but something is off here.

Blend #5. Darkish purple, maybe a brownish accent. No head. The aroma on this has a deep cherry character, a touch of malt, and a whiskeyish alcoholic sting. On the palate, it is tart, cherryish, a light bugginess, with a bit of alcohol in the finish, a touch of barrel. There are things to like in here.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is dominated by intense cherry juice, with gentle wild yeast, and rounded by bourbon barrels. Flavour has an interesting mix of sharp cherry skins, cherry juice, moderate acidity, a touch of balsamic, and bourbon. The cherries come across rather astringently acidic and sharp, almost metallic. Solid but not the most elegant beer.

Canned 6/27/24, drunk 9/4/24. Bright, brass-tinged-golden-maize. Medium-sized, white head, fully falls to small ring quickly. Nose is full of mineral, crisp yeast, herbaceous hop and dainty honey and biscuit-like notes from the malt. Very clean. Bright and crisp, again, like the Italian-style they make, it's very liberally hopped. But the malt stands up with great depth and excellent honey and cracker-like flavors. Attenuation is high, leaving a crisp, gently bitter and snappy, yeast-ful finish. Great balance, crisp, clean and refreshing.

Hazy and pale, with a medium head. This has mellow tea-like tannins and some mushroom umami. But I don't really get it.

Murky with a thin head. Stank cardboard, soft body, and then on the palate, extra wet cardboard.

Pale, with a light haze. Medium head. There's a big fruity note, like salmonberries, and light malt.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Lemon and pith aromas. Sharp with sweet lemon, ginger and coriander upfront turning to earthy pith in the medium length finish.

Canned 6/21/24, drunk 9/2/24. Clear, bright, pale brass. Small, white head, moderate retention. Bright and hoppy, with beautifully expressive, hugely herbaceous hops. Malts are snappy, dainty, clean and polished with good depth, seemingly. Excellent bitterness without being too much. The malt isn't pushed aside and softens things while adding honey and baked bread. Lingering earth, herbs, snappy hop and crisp yeast minerality. Clean and refreshing. Very flavorful. Though given this is just over 2 months old, I could see a fresh can being a bit too intense and raw, as Mansquito says.

bottle from kihoskh very very nice raspberries slightly sour aroma, very natural, good funk, leather and spices in there, but moderated. no alc. bitterness. very velvety and rounded. Flavor is very tart sour with a great fruity raspberries balance, aftertaste is seriously tart and sour, however, the fruits create balance all the way. pretty darn good, but not 4.21 as ratebeer shows right now. the flavor is complex, could be a good sipper. at times i think it tastes like a sweetened sour - but i think this one is not sweetened by sugar, but by all the fresh red fruits they used.
