Our production brewery known as the 'missile factory' produces our core and seasonal beers on a 30-barrel brewhouse, at a current operating capacity of 15,000 barrels per year. Our original tap room produces constantly changing and innovative seasonals, one-offs, and barrel-aged wild beers.

12 oz can poured into a tulip, canned 5/20/2014. Pours amber with two and a half fingers of off-white head. Light webby lacing. Aromas of citrus, light floral notes, tropical fruit. Tastes of caramel, citrus, tropical fruit, sweet malt. Malt forward. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Slightly malty and juicy mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Would like a bit more body but still a solid IPA. Glad to see some of Champion’s beers finally making it up to Northern VA.

Draft: Strong garlic aroma, lemon also present. Cloudy golden, headless. Bready lemon, very light banana. Stale malt. Thin mouthfeel. A swing and a miss. The local water must not be ideal for weizen beers. It’s the one style that is particularly weak in my area, much to my chagrin.

Sweet malt nose, subtle, biscuity, zwieback. Clear copper, medium yellow head, abundant glass adherence. Lightly sweet malt which swiftly becomes very woody and pleasantly bitter. Decidedly unfruity and rustic, but that’s not really a bad thing. Soft and nearly cask-like. I don’t usually go for this type of beer, but I quite enjoyed it.

This is awesome. Pours cloudy dark brown with good head and lacing. Nice dose of robust malt. Finishes bitter. Roasty with dark chocolate and coffee - everything a good porter should be. Good stuff. Tap at DC Beer festival.
