Bottle. Blackcurrant, rock sugar, sour-ish coffee, grains, peppery yeast. Heavy, but gets rounder with some time to breathe and warm up.

Bière 33 cl. Couleur brun foncée, mousse beige, belle carbonation. Nez sur le caramel , le fruit mûr et le café. Amertume légère, arrière goût de cacao, de torréfié. Sucrée, sans excès à mon goût, et onctueuse à souhait. Tout cela explose en bouche, c'est festival de saveurs. Belle longueur en bouche. Une des meilleures bières que je connaisse, tout simplement.

Botella 33 cl en el Kraken 04..07..2018. (r2479). Color amarillento dorado velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con stoques dulces y sensación alcohólica seca. Poco amargo. Cuerpo medio algo denso, un poco seco. Buena.

330ml bottle. Pours dark orange brown with a big white head that doesn't last particularly long. Biscuit, chocolate, ginger biscuit, port, real vinous, liquorice, bit of all spice, tobacco, touch of herbal stuff. Medium body with high carbonation. Decent.

330ml bottle. Pours orange brown. Cherry, nectarine, almond, marzipan, biscuit, bit of perfumed lemon, sherbet. Quite fizzy, bit too much for my tastes. Fine.

Another of the didn't rate beers from the past. New bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pours murky brown with a small beige head. Aroma is dried fruit, Elmer's School Glue, yeast, light bread. Flavor is thick dark fruit: raisin, black cherry, fig, along with caramel and some booze. Fizzy carbonation - perhaps too much.
