The change in the U.S. beer scene has undoubtedly been revolutionary. We are proud of what we have accomplished in our short time to become a leader and innovator in the industry. The evolving tastes of beer drinkers has demanded bigger flavors, more variety, and better beer. That’s exactly what we give you at Revolution Brewing. Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers — the list goes on!
Our brewery has been a labor of love. You can see it in everything we do, from the beautiful details of our mahogany bar at the brewpub, to the massive beauty of our eight 800 barrel fermenters at the brewery, to the commitment to quality in each beer that we put in a can or a keg. Revolution believes in the value of hard work. We work hard to provide great, accessible brews for everyday people. We have fun doing what we do and hope you have fun drinking our beers!

12 ounce can from Tavour. Opaque dark brown pour. Brief tan head. Sweet roasted malt aroma hints at bourbon and oak. Added notes of caramel and Tia Maria. Flavor is bittersweet malt, caramel, oak, whiskey, coffee, brown sugar and absinthe. A bit of woodiness as well. Smooth, sticky and super.

Can from Systembolaget. Decent hoppy aroma. Flavour is mostly sweet booze. Not enamoured to be honest.

Can, 2025 vintage. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, coconut, coffee, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours inky black with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with coconut, bourbon and oak flavors as well as a nice warming booziness at the very end. Delightful.

Canned 1/10/25, drunk 1/10/26, as pictured.
Rich and gooey caramel-toffee-vanilla with mild amburana spice and a bit more chocolate and touches of roast than your average non-black barleywine, which is welcome here, I think. No alcohol, though the sugar seems quite high, at least based on the nose.
Holy smokes, that's THICK. Oddly thick, rich and intense, yet somehow not too sweet nor too sticky/syrupy. Amburana spice is pretty restrained and the rich caramel-toffee-vanilla has rounded oak and reasonable attenuation, as well as light roast/chocolate to help keep it under control. Again, no alcohol noted here at all, which is impressive for being (exactly) one year old.
Love the amburana, but it doesn't have the elegance of most whiskeys. Leaves me wanting a bit more complexity, despite the texture, flavor and balance all be superlative here.

16oz can. Easy drinking. Softly sour, more sweet. Has that lemonade powder tone, but also the classic plasticy syrup stuff too...not really like a real lemon, more like a starburst. Strawberry is the same. Easy to drink, not so bad. Certainly not so good either.

12 oz. can. Pours black, with a big, foamy, tan head. The nose is cognac, cherry wood, cloves, cola, caramel, and black bread. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Heavy, grainy, and boozy. Aggressive and interesting.
