The change in the U.S. beer scene has undoubtedly been revolutionary. We are proud of what we have accomplished in our short time to become a leader and innovator in the industry. The evolving tastes of beer drinkers has demanded bigger flavors, more variety, and better beer. That’s exactly what we give you at Revolution Brewing. Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers — the list goes on!
Our brewery has been a labor of love. You can see it in everything we do, from the beautiful details of our mahogany bar at the brewpub, to the massive beauty of our eight 800 barrel fermenters at the brewery, to the commitment to quality in each beer that we put in a can or a keg. Revolution believes in the value of hard work. We work hard to provide great, accessible brews for everyday people. We have fun doing what we do and hope you have fun drinking our beers!

CBJ tasting, thanks to Cloin for the can. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy and fairly dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Light malts. A tom of candy fruits, red berries obvious. Raspberry and candy strawberry. Light tangy finish. Dry but fruity. A curious Tipa!

My New Year's Beer! Popped at midnight CST. Bourbon SMELL is there, but lighter than expected. Deep black pour, tan head turns out to be rather fizzy. BUT a plenty boozy taste at the first sip. Black roast malts just as to the barrel aged bourbon impression. Only slight stickiness, considering the malt and alcohol involved. In fact, it finishes just a little drier than your usual. BA Imply.

Canned 1/10/25, the only batch thus far, drunk 12/31/25, as pictured.
Oh boy...this could be a banger...!! Smell is a near-perfect balance of rich, not too sweet malt and big barrel but not so much as too be austere or over-barreled feeling. Vintage mahogany, vanilla, spicy rye and succulent caramel and English toffee for days...no alcohol noted. Not too fruity, not too tannic. Not too much raisin/prune/plum.
Richly-malted with cherry, vanilla, date and plum, but not aggressively fruity or anything, nor is it too sweet. Really nice balance, thick and malty but not syrupy. Definitely hear them on the "most wood-focused beer to-date". But it's not too much; it's wonderful and rich and not too intense or overbearingly dry, spicy, tannic or boozey. Weird that this beer seemingly flew under the radar. It was available quite a few times on Tavour, and didn't sell out the 2nd+ times. It's an absolute stunningly-balanced gem with a near-perfect amount of barrel expression. And even more impressive, it's in perfect drinking shape after not even a year in can (with plenty more years to gracefully go, it seems). At 14%, you definitely start to feel the alcohol build on the palate, on the finish, but there's zero sharp/heat/alcohol flavor at any point.

On tap at Bottle Theory. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bourbon barrel and dark grains with some roast and vanilla coming through. Flavor has barrel and vanilla with backbone of dark grains, coconut and roasted malts supporting.

Can - clear dark amber - faint lace - nose is mostly bourbon, vanilla, dark fruit - creamy texture - quite sweet and sugary - plums, caramelized sugars, toffee, treacle - there is a slight earthy maltiness, but not getting the peaty, smoky notes of a scotch ale at all - finish is crazy hot and boozy - a blunt instrument that is not terribly complex.

12 oz can. Aroma has notes of toffee, vanilla, strawberry, earth. Pours opaque caramel brown with an immediately collapsing beige head. Taste is bittersweet and a little tart with flavors of toffee, vanilla, bourbon and strawberry. This is so good.
