Hazy amber to red beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, bit spicy, sourish, overripe fruits, bit funky. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: weird sourish start, thinking about an infections here, overripe fruits, weird. Aftertaste: sourish, vinegar, unpleasant, really think this is infected.

Note: boy am I glad that ratebeer mentions what's wrong with this beer in English. Horeseradish, really? Well stop doing it, it's terrible!!
Cloudy beige beer, creamy irregular white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: dirty, smelly, sulphur, sourish, smell like salami for f* sake, weird dirty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: yuck, this is is disgusting! Very bitter, weird aggressive chemical bitterness, bit sourish, really offensive. Big fat drain pour.

Clear dark brown beer, beige creamy head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very roasted, lactose sweetness, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: mocha, caramel, sourish touch, grains, soft bitterness, some coffee. Aftertaste: very malty, mocha, dark chocolate.

Cloudy orange to beige beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: orange peel, fruity, grains, hay, malty, bit sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, some citrus, malty, grains, bit funky. Aftertaste: lemony, pretty bitter, fruity, sourish, bit infected?

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, huge creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, cow fodder, citrus, hay, grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very soapy, bit metallic, chemical, unpleasant bitterness, rubbery. Aftertaste: more of the same. This is NOT good. :(

Keg at the Brewery in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Why? Just why for the love of God would you think horse raddish was an appropriate ingredient to add to a beer. Roast beef dinner= yes, beer no.

Aroma is fiery on the nostrals, spicy wasabi, spicy horse raddish. Clear yellow / straw with a thin white head. Flavour is composed of prominant, base malt, veg, root vegetable, wasabi. Palate is semi-sweet with moderate carbonation. WTF? WHY WHY WHY? A very bad idea excuted ok.

Keg at the Brewery in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Blueberry. Pinky / orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is pungent blueberry flavourings, artificial, sweet yougurt. Flavour is composed of artificial blueberry, sweetner, peach yougurt. Not much beer left, some biscuit. Palate is sweet with moderate carbonation. Lingering blueberry.

Keg at the Brewery in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Hazed orange / light amber coloured pour qith a thin sticky white head. Aroma is nice big smoked / rauch malts, sausage meat, mapel glaze. Flavour is composed of sweet rauch malts, campfire, sausage mapel, biscuity, wheat.. Palate is semi-sweet, moderate carbonation. Subdued rauch, pretty balanced.

Keg at the Brewery in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Clear golden / orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is nice clean grainstore pils malts, pinch of honey malts. Flavour is honey / light caramel malts, semi-sweet, little hedgerow fruits. Palate is slight sweet, lowish carbonation, semi-crisp in the finish.

Keg at the Brewery in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Clouded bright yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head & lace. Aroma is clove spicy phenols, bread and a touch of vinegar. Flavour is composeed ofdoughy grains,, tart wheat, touch of clove. Palate is crisp, tangy on the tongue, high carbonation. Pretty average.
