Das Sour von Hopfenhäcker fand sich auf keiner Homepage oder Liste, wobei ich sagen muss, dass das andere besser hinbekommen. Es gibt nette Ansätze, aber das Gesamtbild erscheint mir noch zu wirr 😵💫.

Tap at Super Bier Fest. Hazy borwn body, off-white head. Oily raisiny sweetish malty aroma, light alcohol. Alcohol dominates the taste, I feel it might be much more than 8.2% - the taste is lean and dry, with light caramelly notes and some oxidation, some barrel touches. I mean... fun experiment, but wasn't a huge fan.

Clear mahogany brown colour with fluffy head. Nice balance of toasted malt and soft floral hop. Dry finish. Good session beer.

Light gold, Medium white head, caramel and citrus-pineapple nose like a West Coast beer. Wow, smooth caramel and a lot of it, like Dutch caramel waffles. Silky moderate bitterness, lightly citrus fruity, very tasty West Coast IPL!

Bottled as Käfer Winterbier as far as I can tell. Dark red, nice large fine head. Very aromatic nose with caramel, earthy hops, lightly roasted malts. Definitely has some cara red flavor but to their credit, minimal amounts of that RedX astringency i often note in red ales. Not too complex but tasty with fresh malt flavors and pleasant bitterness.

0.5L bottle pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is great nice citrus leaf hops some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice crisp citrus hops and a well balanced malt.

Offenbar blieb bei der Braukunst Live noch etwas von dem Bier übrig, das dann am CBF Wien ausgeschenkt wurde. Es ist ein wie in der Brauerei beliebtes blumiges 🏵️Bier, das aber durch die Fasslagerung ⚱️einen holzigen und fruchtigen Ton dazubekommt. Durchaus nett, aber nich meins, wobei das verpielte Aromengrüst sicher Freunde finden wird.

Bei diesem Bier ist das blumige 🪻Hopfenbukett 💐 schon im Namen, den es auch verdient. So steigt der Aromahopfen zu neuen Glanzleistungen auf. Nur der getreidige Kern hinten kann diesen kaum tragen. Aber sonst ein feines Bier

Dieses Bier, das ich geschmacklich zwischen Red Ale und deutschen Märzen. Es hat auf der einen Seite karamellige Malznoten 🍰 die es prägen, dazu aner auch grasig-blumige 🌹 Spitzen. Das ganze ist schön verpackt und gibt einen stimmigen Gesamteindruck.
