Tap at Forschungsbrauerei. Murky light chestnut reddish. Maracuja, cream. Fresh, fruity, sour. Much better than the usual Radler. Not sticky not sweet.

0,33l from bottle at Ammersee bought at Walther Mai. Bb 02/2027. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells bit old hoppy, earthy, spices, soapy, light dill. Ok smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes soapy, earthy, resin, light veggies, light sweetness, tobacco. Finishes lightly bitter and sweet with notes of resin, pines and earthy notes. Very old school beer, at first some light veggie notes where noticable. Soon strong resin and pine notes take over. Rather one sided beer, tastes also a lot heavier than 6,5%. Just drinkable overall

500 ml bottle from a Kiosk in Munich. Golden body, with a big, fluffy, white head.
Aroma of grass, herbs, flowers, citrus, some pine, slight bread. Tastes similar, with some berries and biscuit.
Medium mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes crisp, bitter, dry, floral, herbal, citric, piney.
Really clean, balanced Pils, while really characterful at the same time. Crisp, bitter hops, with subtle fruit notes. Light bodied, but with some lovely, biscuity malt notes. Super quaffable, exactly my taste!

Bottle from Rewe Drink after making the first cuts with the Dictum bandsaw. WOW, cuts like butter. Clear, moderate head, drunk from an iced mug. Refreshing bitterness with a hint of grapefruit, very smooth, hop character is excellent (not unlike Pilsissimus, no surprise). Dry and big bitterness like a Pils should be!

On tap at Forschungsbrauerei München, Thursday 17th July 2025. Not sure why Forschungsbrauerei München are selling Hopfen Häcker beers as well as their own, maybe they have some dual arrangement? Tbf I didn't actually realise that this was a Hopfen Häcker beer until after I ordered it and then went to check it out and add it if necessary, being served in a Hopfen Häcker glass as well confirmed it. Looks fantastic, light/mid gold, slightly hazy, large creamy textured white head. As the name suggests the taste is a little floral, nice middling bitterness, actually a pleasant bittersweet balance, soft mouthfeel, the end is becoming dry. It's a lovely beer, perfect temperature, looks great, tastes great, aroma is a bit subdued but all told it really ticks all the right boxes.

Auburn with a gushing head. Berries, caramel and minimal earthy tones with a touch of burnt rubber. Taste is toasted bitter the whole way through. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle 15/41, thanks Shaun! Clear golden brown. Sweet, boozy. Taste is rather flat, would have expected more body. Wood, vanilla. A warm, long taste, with a wood vanilla boozy aftertaste. Not too much port barrel - which is good. Is a bit too much front heavy booze for me.

Limited bottle. Clear amber, low head light wood, perfume notes, medium light body, dry, amber resin, nice subtle blend, wood notes integrate well. Light dusty, berry retronasal.

Bottle drunk with a homemade burger. Beautiful head and nice carbonation level. Mild citrus and spicy-hop nose. Smooth flavor with a moderate hop bite, a little sweetness of malt, great balance. Good Helles!
