Cloudy pale yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apple juice, apple skin, very fruity, funky. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots and lots of alcohol, apple juice, some tannins, a little bitter. Aftertaste: lots and lots of apple juice, more apple juice, not bad but lacking some complexity.

Clear pink to red orange cider, no head. Aroma: weird, very funky, bit dirty, some red fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, very fruity, berries, nice and refreshing, lots of apple juice, some raspberries, very nice and complex. Aftertaste: dry, funky, juicy, fruity, little bitter, some tannins, good stuff! Really like it!

Clear yellowish cider, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, brett, wild yeast, pretty dirty, rotting flowers. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fresh, bit soapy, floral, little bitter, nice acidity, lots of apple skin. Aftertaste: bitter, tannins, apple skin, some toothpaste (?), floral, little bitter, some sulphur.

330ml can from Cat in the Glass. Pours bright red in colour, with a foamy pink had that dissipates away and aroma of fruity raspberry, juicy, cordial. Taste is sweet, raspberry, some fleshy apple, fruity, then drying, tartness. Slightly syrupy, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sourish tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Canned 26-8. Clear deep dark red, almost no head. Smell is cherry, some funk, hint of apple. Light with nice carbonation. Taste is sour, very fruity, ending on some dry dusty funk. Plenty of cherry, hint of vanillaish. Intense and tasty, good fun stuff!
