Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear pale golden, small head. Citric nose with soem tropical fruit. BOne dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Tart apples and mild citric acid, some tangerine atop. Mild apple skin bitternes. Very refreshing.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin, green apples, light hoppy, light hops - grass - citrus peel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple, apple skin, green apples, tart apple, medium dry to dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20210730]

75cl bottle from Sophie's Beer Store. Hazed pinkish red appearance, loose white bubbles atop. Lovely aroma with wild yeast, orchard, peaches and vibrant red apple fruit. Continues to taste with excellent red peach definition, and a great natural sweetness. Quite flavoursome. Very good.

Can in 0.33 Ausführung from the monthly club. Yellow amber with light haze, citrus Citra notes over apple sourness. Flavor is a little astringent, totally dry, hop bitterness has no body behind it. A bit flowery taste. Interesting experiment but needs some non fermented something for balancing the body.

Hazy piss yellow. Aroma is funky yeast some lime apple and these green apple gummy bear rings. Taste is sour funky dry with apple and a whiff of cucumber. Sour fresh. Exciting.
