75cl bottle shared with Soph. Misty unclear reddish pink appearance. Wild sour nose with red berries. Has a nice wild complexity overall with great sharp fruit definition, a little pithy at times, sour with some gooseberry notes. Could be a wild fruit beer. Very good. These guys know their stuff.

75cl bottle @ the Last Beer Tasting Before Lockdown 2.0 with Soph and Ewan. Misty deep pink appearance. Wild fruity nose, a little plummy, red berries. Taste presents a lovely wild character, super crisp and sour with great clarity of flavours. Comes across perhaps more of a sour beer, than a cider due to the level of sourness present. Nice complex fruity sour overall.

Tap @Erlings. Cloudy golden, no head. Funky apple and light pear aroma. Funky, sourish flavour, apples, pears, light pear sweetness. Tart and dry. Nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are richcred apples, fruits, sulphur and little acid.

Magus, hapu, õunane, marjane, seebine, äädikane. Lõpp on nats vesine. Täitsa hea.
