375ml bottle sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Misty yellow appearance, short-lasting bubbly head. Good bright wild aroma and forming the basis of the character with nice tingly sour sweet elements. It's cider elements seem hidden somewhat but contribute to it's wild sourness with some white wine notes emerging. Nice natural carbonation. Pretty good harmonious blend of the two.

75cl bottle @ the Last Beer Tasting Before Lockdown 2.0 with Soph and Ewan. Misty deep pink appearance. Wild fruity nose, a little plummy, red berries. Taste presents a lovely wild character, super crisp and sour with great clarity of flavours. Comes across perhaps more of a sour beer, than a cider due to the level of sourness present. Nice complex fruity sour overall.

Tap @Erlings. Cloudy golden, no head. Funky apple and light pear aroma. Funky, sourish flavour, apples, pears, light pear sweetness. Tart and dry. Nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are richcred apples, fruits, sulphur and little acid.

Magus, hapu, õunane, marjane, seebine, äädikane. Lõpp on nats vesine. Täitsa hea.
