Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.

In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.

Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Keg at Hanging Bat. It pours hazy dirty orange with a small white head. The aroma is musty, hay, cereal, soft stone fruits, melon, green apple, raspberry ripple, vanilla custard, oak and custard creams. The taste is crisp, dry, slightly tart, white grape, white wine, tannin, musty, gooseberry, hint of sherbet, wood, hay, straw, grass and a fair bit of spice. Finish is pretty dry. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Interesting stuff.

The taste is crisp, dry, a touch tart, raspberry, oaky, bit of tannin, leather, vinous, musty, peppery spice, hay and grass with a spicy finish. Light to medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice bright aroma, but the taste doesn't quite live up to it. Fun nonetheless.

Bottle picked up in Edinburgh. It pours pinkish - blush with a hint of haze with a small white head. The aroma is sweet ripe blueberry, fruit compote, jam, berry yoghurt, sweat and funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, blueberry skin, apple skin, red grape, light sherbet, seltzer, pickled onion monster munch and some musty funk. Finish is dry and lightly tart. Light body and fine carbonation. The fruit is not quite as bright on the taste as I had hoped for. Pleasant and easy drinking, but lacks a bit of wow factor.
