Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.
In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

On tap at Foodies Festival. Appearance - hazy golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - light banana, bubblegum and orange notes. Taste - more banana and citrus. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a more flavoursome wheat ale than most.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, tinned oranges and banana. Flavour of toasted coconut, tangy lemon zest and herbs. Thin to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. An interesting, unique beer.

330ml bottle, with thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Many thanks. Pours black with tan head. Aroma is vanilla, cocoa, roast, possibly some coconut now you mention it. Taste has a curious mix of sweet, lactose and roast that doesn’t quite sit right with me. It’s a sweet stout alright, just a bit too sweet for me.

Bottle thanks to Amanda. Appearance - opaque dark brown with a nice fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate with some dried fruit. Taste - more of the same - dark chocolate and dates. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy yet creamy texture and a nice long creamy finish. Overall - not sure I get the Amarone and think the dried fruit notes come from the dried fruits that they’ve bolstered it with. Good beer though! Would say it comes out more Porter in style than Stout. If they did an imperial version of this, I reckon it’d be quite a beer.

Bottle from Cornelius. Black body with a thin beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of plums, cherries and nuts. Flavour of toffee, prunes and syrup. Thin body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. I enjoyed this but I think it could have been even better and more complex at a slightly stronger ABV.
