In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Bottle thanks to Amanda. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of chocolate and cherry. Taste is more dates and chocolate. Slightly thin on the finish. Nice though.

Bottle thanks to Amanda. Appearance - opaque dark brown with a nice fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate with some dried fruit. Taste - more of the same - dark chocolate and dates. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy yet creamy texture and a nice long creamy finish. Overall - not sure I get the Amarone and think the dried fruit notes come from the dried fruits that they’ve bolstered it with. Good beer though! Would say it comes out more Porter in style than Stout. If they did an imperial version of this, I reckon it’d be quite a beer.

Bottle from Cornelius. Black body with a thin beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of plums, cherries and nuts. Flavour of toffee, prunes and syrup. Thin body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. I enjoyed this but I think it could have been even better and more complex at a slightly stronger ABV.

330ml bottle, from trade with AshtonMcCobb. Many thanks. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is fresh, floral citrus. Taste is clean and light with decent body for the ABV. Nice floral notes, balanced citrus. A lovely session beer.

Bottleshare at BBN. Cheers to Paul. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Good caramel and toffee, touch of tangy fruits. Light semi dry finish with a caramel fruity linger. Not getting much coconut but drank this after a Bourbon BA Stout. Nice beer anyway!

Bottle shared at BBNo. Pours rich brown with a creamy khaki head. The nose has ash, dry chocolate earth. Light to medium sweet flavor with continuing ashy roast, scorched earth bitterness, burnt grains, bittersweet cocoa. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry finish with more bittersweet cocoa, roasted malts, bitter earth. Not bad.

Bottle shared at BBNo. It pours darkest brown with a thick tan head. The nose is rich, bitter - sweet, toasted coconut, coconut milk, creamy, toasted action, earth and light smoke. The taste is bitter, rich roast, charred wood, burnt toast, coffee, toasted coconut, spice and dark chocolate bounty with dry finish. Light body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty flavoursome for the abv.
