Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.

In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.

Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Cask at The Stockbridge Tap. Clear golden body with a medium off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of grain and orange peel. Flavour of apricot, pale malt and more orange. Thin body with a smooth, oily texture. Faint carbonation prickle. Simple and tasty.

Review is a merge of cask, keg and bottle. Black body with a medium tan head. Good lacing. Aroma of liquorice, Coco Pops, hazelnut and wood. Flavour of coconut, chocolate ice-cream, Nutella and a hint of burnt toast. Medium body with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Faint carbonation prickle. One of the finest debut beers I’ve tried. In my experience, it’s better in keg and cask than in bottle.

On cask at sraf. Opaque, thin attractive head. Milk chocolate, coconut, light nuts. Medium bodied, with a creamy texture and a long dry balanced finish. I love this.
