Description
Loch Lomond Brewery started life in our kitchen in Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond.
A desire to brew beer and create a family business that would allow the whole family to get involved we started in 2011 in Alexandria.
Now having brewed a number of award winning beers including CAMRA Champion Beer of Scotland in 2017 and SIBA Supreme Cask Champion of the UK in 2016, we have recently rebranded to include a number of new beers in cask, keg, bottle and can.
Still brewing on our original 10bbl kit our passion has not faded - in fact we are probably more fanatical now about our existing beers and new recipes than ever before.

Can from Lidl in Inverurie. It pours hazy golden to pale orange with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, tangy, fanta juicy lemon, peach, mango, nectarine, party biscuit, floury bread, touch green and some gummy candy. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, pithy, zesty, orange peel, kumquat, Fanta, green, weedy, soda water with lime, fragrant, floral, peaches & cream and straw with a drying, zingy finish. Light body and soft carbonation. Easy going.

440ml can from Lidl, Skegness. Cloudy gold pour with moderate sized white head, nice lasting head with some lacing. Aroma of citrus, lime peel, herbs, burning plastic but maybe that's the yeast. Taste is citrus, gooseberry, grapefruit, lime zest, pale malts. Light to medium bodied, light stickiness. Very good IPA for the price point.
