Description
We are Pomona Island. We have a passion for innovation and style. We wake up each morning and strive each day to create te finest beers on the... Nah, can you imagine if we actually spoke like that? We're just beer snobs and over-appreciators who thought we would put our (small amount of) money where our (big) mouths are.
The Brewery is Nick and Ryan, who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester CIty Centre (where you can always find our beers!), Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Tempest Brewery.
The beer is all stuff we like to drink. Loads of sessionable new world hoppy pales, more traditional stouts and porters. Big Juicy IPAs, and some fun experimental stuff to keep us and you interested.

Keg @ Gas Lamp, Manchester. Pale hazy goldne-blonde with a head. Hoppy-fruity, its lower strength is evident but fullish flavours are maintained. Hoppy nose.

Keg @ Gas Lamp, Manchester. Hazy light amber with an active fizz in the palate. Its strength is hidden but the actual apricot is understated.

Half-pint, cask ale at Old Gate. Thanks to ManVsBeer for sharing. Filmy white layer, misty golden body, clingy lacing down the glassware. Inviting ripe fruity aromas. Mid-sweet fruit hoppy flavours followed by a decent level of fruity bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice. (Hebden Bridge 04.07.2018).

From keg at Grayston Unity, half-pint, kindly shared by ManVsBeer. Close to clear golden body, spotty lacing, diminishing white head. Lemony hops on the nose, mid-dry. Prominent lemony flavours with a backdrop of almond. Nice bitter ending. Fine bodied. Tasty and thirst quenching. (Halifax 03.07.2018).

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Hazy yellow-gold with a creamy-bubbly head. Hoppy and fuller bodied, but its strength is not overly evident. There's a smoothness to the ale too.
