Description
Founded in Summer 2018, Overtone Brewing Co. are progressively making a difference in the Scottish Craft beer scene and are being recognised globally, now exporting to 12 markets around the world.

Our adventure started with Bowei Wang, who's passion and hobby of home brewing led to the determination of owning his own brewery. He knows the influence great craft beer has when shared with friends, and that's exactly what we want Overtone to be.

Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, sweet espresso, maple syrup, honey, nuts, coconut and a balanced cacao bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, quite sweet. Slightly aged sample Looks like pressed fruit, pink-orange. No head. Guava, passion fruit and other exotics. Very faint lactic acid - and fruitacids of course. Again - this is hardly beer. There is a faint minerality, and some thinning, compared to just guava juice. Fruitfilled, bit undercarbonated. To what extent is this still beer? Let every man decide for himself. Not very sour by the way. Txs to Stef!
