Bottle courtesy of Unterhaching Dave, cheers Dave! Consumed at home Wednesday 5th May 2021 after a Chilli con Carne Shepherds Pie listening to Protomartyr - Ultimate Success Today. Pours hazy amber with an off white head,. Tastes like an American style IPA, maltiness playing it's part, crystal malts show. Quite decent but in a rough and ready slightly amateur way, citrussy, reasonably bitter, carbonation is ok but on the lower side. I like it.

Brewed by Camba for Hausfreund as it says on the label. Not sure about the role of Hausfreund then. Yippee, another helles in bavaria. Pours to a light yellow, hazy, a bit darker than your typical helles. No details on the label about hops used: bad form. But from the nose it's probably German noble. A bit more floral than usual, though. Very low in bitterness and actually malt too. Drinkable but boring.

Bottle, drunk while trying to decide what to watch on Netflix. Hazy orange, good head, very caramel nose with citrus and hints of banana. Super sweet, this is a dessert beer, lots of blended-in fruity hop juiciness at the end but not much bitterness. A bit too sweet for me honestly.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Dusty, yeasty, strawy, slightly grassy, minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty background, a touch of apricot, mirabelle, melon. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty, fruity hoppy, notes of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of brioche. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium prickly carbonation. Nice, natural-dirty and fruity flavours - very good interpretation of the style.

Bottle from Haussmann Getränke, drunk in Montalcino after a long day with a hyperactive baby. Yellow Gold, moderate head, candy pineapple caramel nose. Very smooth flavor, balanced bitterness with a unique hop flavor somewhere between earthy, mineral, pine (nuts?) and kinda-pineapple. High points for not tasting like every other IPA out there!

Bottle picked up from Biervana, München and consumed at home whilst cooking Smoked salmon and cream cheese stuffed large pasta shells in a tomato sauce and listening to Hum - Inlet Tuesday 7th July 2020. Pours dirty, murky almost gold with a white head. A really pleasant sweetness floods through, it has a bitterness, a little furry edge, streaky. No world beater but it's good.

Bottle from the brewer after a very satisfying hamburger. Golden amber, nice head, nose of caramel citrus hoppiness. I like the balance of body and bitterness on the tongue, some tropical notes mixed with citrus and piney spiciness. Long lasting bitterness, not for those who don't like hoppy beers.
