Bottled (Beerangel, BB 01/2010). Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma of mineral water, metal, sweet malts and cardboard. Semi-crisp carbonation. Sweet malty, light lime-grassy hops, grain and then also some odd earthy notes. Quite standard below average dortmunder.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 01/2010). My 1st "real" beer from this brewery, Clear yellow color, small white head. Sweet malty nose with cardboard and plastic. Thinnish palate. Harsh herbal hoppy flavor with hints of honey, alcohol and rubber. Finish is harsh hoppy. Unbalanced lager, not much good qualities of landbiers.

Toasty, yeasty aroma, bit of wet dog and wet cardboard. OK in mouth, some reasonably neutral fruit salad citrus flavours, some lemon and lime flavours towards the finish, not piercing flavours, but they are there. In fact the finish is probably the best thing about this beer. Dortmunder isn’t always my favourite style, but this one has a bit more character than most and that finish really is very good. A lasting striking lemon and lime mix.2.7 re rate tasty gold marzen. Good flavour. Served nice temperature. Good refreshing stronger German beer. Good.

Bottle (many thanks to Garching !): Golden, rather quickly diminishing mid-sized loose head; moderate sweet-malty, bready and a bit worty nose with a very faint tinge of herbal hops; light sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; sweet worty-bready finish, rounded by a short bitter "tail". Decent Export.........

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet pale malty, slightly strawy and bready nose with shy spicy, almost ethereal notes. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Quite bready malt character with light spicy and herbal accents; moderately sweet, bready and malt-accented finish, which is just a bit short. Likeable Helles (01.04.08).

Bottle. Golden, white creamy head. Crisp straw and grass aroma. Chewy malt base, slightly less fullbodied than one woul expect from the initial bready start, nice sparkly mouthfeel though. Light fruity notes, grassy hop balance. Well-crafted Helles.
