Leichter Hefeantrunk mit süßlich-herbem Unterton. Die Hefigkeit bleibt konstant auf angenehmen Level, deutlich erkennbar, aber nicht zu stark und vor allem nicht zu süß. Als ebenfalls angenehm empfinde ich das milde Auftreten der säuerlichen Note. Spritziger werdend, dezent fruchtig, zum Ende eher würzig und hopfig mit hintergründiger Herbe. Bisher mein bestes "Weipi". Test vom 14.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,11,10,10,10,11 - 10,55

The bottle looks good, also a nice crown cap. Very old-styled, but good. The beer starts washy, but becomes in the end even dry, but not bad. A good and drinkable beer.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a fully diminished head. Slight dusty and mild grainy aroma. Flavour is sweet malty and somewhat oldish. Ends with a mild sweetness.

Bottled. A golden beer with a fast disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of bread and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle (Thanks to joss): Hazy, golden coloured, quickly collapsing small white head; moderate fruity nose (mainly bananas, mixed with cloves); moderate sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft, but a bit fizzy and oily MF; wheaty-fruity finish with a light illusion of citrus-fruit and hops in the aftertaste. A decent Weizen....

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, hige white fluffy head, quickly diminishing; malty/cardboardy nose with some citrusy fruitiness in the wings; slightly sweetish flavour; nearly no bitterness in the light citrusy/malty finish. Drinkable, but pretty boring......

(bottle) Hazy golden slightly sparkling body with a thick foamy head. Lightly sweet malty nose. Malty, breadish flavour with a rather sweet slimy aftertaste. It looks better in the glass than it actually is.
