50cl bottle. Smooth mild beginning, hints of grain, hints of yeast with a neutral and a bit watery aftertaste. The smooth clove and hints of yeast are round, subtle grain sweetness. Nice aroma profile, in total a bit watery, but refreshing.

Shared with Erzengel! A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malt, cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, cereals, mild sweet pale.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Blonde. Grassy aroma and flavor. Some malty notes. Almost medium bodied. Well made but maybe a bit boring.

Bottle of their normal Bockbier, vom Brauerei-Heimdienst. Nice smooth aromatic beginning. Caramel, spices, smooth malty parts. The beer is moderate bitter and very smooth, slightly sweetish with creamy biscuit-parts. Nice grainy and slightly sweetish ending with spices and biscuits. Very interesting.

50cl vom Brauerei-Heimdienst. Watery grainy beginning. Nice grain in the back with a nice bitterness, but very watery in the mainpart. Watery aftertaste with beer in the back. Refreshing though, but the taste is a bit hidden under the water.

50cl bottle vom Brauerei-Heimdienst. Fresh floral beginning. Nice refreshing Banana yeast there, very refreshing with a nice light grainy body. Banana, peaches and nice yeast. Very light. Tends to be watery, but just on the right side of the line. Nice fruity yeasty in the end with a nice slightly grainy finish. Nice one.

50cl bottle. Smooth mild beginning. The beer starts very malty, nice and crisp. Round with earthy malty endings, bitter dry, easy to drink in the beginning, but becoming maltier and more deep till the end. Even a bit dry sticky malty, intense concentrated dry maltiness in the end. Interesting but nice. --- Beer merged from original tick of Rapp Spezial No 125 on 17 Aug 2019 at 22:23 - Score: 7. Original review text: Nice caramelly, smooth with a dry and intense malty finish. Moderate bitter with hints of grain there. Nice.

Hazy yellow. Aroma is fresh fruity hoppy with some traces of herbs (waldmeister) some wheat maybe. Taste is a bit stale with juicy nutpeel. Medium interesting. Aroma promised more.

Bottle. Mild tangy/sour Keller aroma over medium straw. Bitterness tingles the tip of the tongue as light grain trickles down your throat. OK for the style but not too exciting.
