Bottle, many thanks pivnizub & Quack-Duck! Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, light sulphuric, bready, lightly grassy. Taste is lightly grassy, pale malts, earthy hops. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite decent!

(screw cap bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Flowery, almost perfumed malty nose with notes of blossoms, hints of honey and butter, backed by mildly spicy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly chalky/mineralic malty base with herbal and slightly grassy hops in the background; dry, mildly hop bitter and slightly chalky finish. Okay. 05.IX.18

bottle from Rapp Heimdienst. Slightly hazy strawy yellow with a tall white head. Medium-bodied, biscuity malty base, shy aromatic hops, a yeasty fruity touch and very smooth and velvety carbonation. A classic, well crafted pale lager.

Bottle from a mini bar in Tubingen. Deep gold with a large white head. Aroma of buttered wheat. Flavour is sweet malt, butter, banana, smooth light bitter finish. Why the screw top? Makes a beer look tacky.

Bottle from Brauerei Rapp. Bright golden, medium creamy white head. Notes of hay in the nose. Grass, grain, hay, a bit citrus. Medium bitter, but not hoppy. Slight metallic taste. Soft to flat carbonated. More a bitter Helles than a Pils. Sadly a bit flat and not that crisp as I expect it from a Pils.
