Description
Stopped brewing in autmn 2023, beers brewed by owner Einbecker since then.

The current brewing factory in Peine has been associated with the name Härke since 1890. At that time Ernst Härke bought the former Rauls'sche brewery and gave it its name in 1907. The headquarters are located in a listed building right in the heart of Peine. Thanks to ongoing investments, the brewing site houses a state-of-the-art brewery. As always, it draws the water for production from its own deep well.

Bottle. pale golden color. Soft milky aroma. Malty flavor with just a touch of flowery hops. Seems sweeter as it really is, because of the lack of hopbitterness. Drinkable, but rather bland.
