Holzfass. Murky, surprisingly pale amber-orange color with beige head. Aroma is milky, straw, banana. Taste is banana cream, milky yeasts, a touch phenols, warming finish. Thick silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. A bit muddled, but still tasty enough, and not too phenolic - and super drinkable for this strength.

Tap at brewery Im Steinkrug. Roast, light rural grainy, a hint franconian butter. Chewy full body, mellow mouthfeel. Grassy earthy, roasted grainy finish, good!

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, spicy yeasts, dough. Taste is mineralic, a bit chalky, banana cream. Oily mouthfeel with surprisingly low carbonation for a Weizen. Sweet, but ok.
