Draught @ the brewpub, Münich. Aroma is rather mild with some sticky malt and corn. Flavour has butter, sticky malt and some mild herbal hops. High drinkability for this style (usually I find it difficult to drink heller bocks) but then again this is a bit straightforward. Mostly harmless I’d call this.

Draught @ the brewpub, Münich. Aroma is somewhat mild with some toffee and hay. Flavour has licorice, toffee, deep roastiness and toffee. Also licorice root and mild mineral tones. Makes me wonder how can one make such a good roasted flavour when the colour of the beer is just at the amber level. Miracles do happen, I guess.

Draught @ the brewpub. Aroma has semi-ripe banana esthers and some caramel. Flavour has ripe bananas, slimy tones, caramel and some toffee. Easy-going. Somewhere between dunkel and heller weisse.

Draught @ the brewpub, Münich. Rather unfiltered appearance for a helles. Aroma has buttery malt, hay and grain. Flavour has buttery malt, some grassy hops and minerals. Easy-going and solid.

Bottle. Cloudy golden, white head, sparkly. Sparkly medium body, hayish chewiness. Light dusty/minerally fruity yeast, bready malt, mellow hop profile, fresh citric finish.
