(Bottle, 0.5 l - BBE 11.10.12, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20121223) The beer golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white, Aroma had fruitiness banana, malts and baking yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were banana, sweetness, malts, fruitiness, biscuits, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, malty and bitter. Too sweet but otherwise good weizenbock even though the bbe date was already gone.

Bottle. Big vineous honey aroma, roast and fruit. Cloudy amber, lowish offwhite head. Powerfull preserved fruit, madeira, christmas cake flavorbase. Full range of ester, goes a bit to the head, good citric and mintlike hop finish. Fullbodied, light fruity stickyness. Rumtopf aftertaste. Solid beer.

Bottle courtesy of Reuben, vielen dank! Deep clear golden amber color, thick off white head, solid lacing. Aroma of nice sweet maltiness, like being around an operating maltings. Taste is caramel, brown bread, more maltiness. Really nice.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, mid-sized rocky white head, vegetables, yeast and bubble gum in the nose; light sourish-sweetish flavour, soft and very thin; onions in the short wheaty finish. Absolutely no pleasure...

Bottle. A dense, off-white head of two-finger size sits on top of a clear, amber body. The aroma is malty, with a light caramel touch, some generic fruityness, a touch of nuts and some faint notes of freshly mown grass. It’s smooth on the palate, medium bodied and with flavors of pale malts, grass, nuts and some bitterness and caramel. Some bitterness in the end. A nice one, but I have to admit I’m surprised they choose to brew a 4% ABV beer for a celebration. 121019
