Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, leather, barnyard, malt, hops, citrus, fruits and has a nice sour finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 150918

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée claire, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet un peu céréales, léger watery petite touche résiduelle sucrée avec de fines effluves de funk. Palais est funk, malt assez présent comme le grains, barrique reste un peu modérée. L'effervescence reste moyenne à faible. A revoir.

From bottle at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels.
Orange, hazy body, with a small, yellowish head.
Aroma with lots of wooden barrel, vanilla, moderate funk, leather, apples, slight stone fruits.
Tastes similar, with more cheese.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes dry, wooden, a bit funky, a bit cheesy, with green apples, slight leather.
Very nice. Interesting, rustic funk notes, but most of all lots of barrel notes, leading to some vanilla impression. The only little for me is the too strong carbonation. Still really enjoyable stuff, with some unique character.

Bottle pour at De Lambikstoempers Bierweekend. Big oaky nose, wood, creamy, vanilla, lemons. Flavor is much like a Chardonnay, with vanilla, butter, lemon. Smooth, buttery, and oily body. Decent.
