Snally: pale with small head. Aroma is weak grapey fruitiness and ample amounts of funk, basements, etc... I felt like the grape here was overwhelmed a little by the microbes. Earthy and lightly sour. Dry and somewhat fruity.

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a golden color with a small white head. Really delicate pleasant nice and tasty. Nice light grape, light berries, light acidic notes. Pleasant.

Bottle pour at Snally: clear yellow with white head. Aroma is earthy and bretty, plenty of basement moldy funk. Taste is alightly sweet, sweaty, basement. Pretty solid.

Draft. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, brett, and grapes. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, grapes, brett, malt, and funk, leading to a tart finish.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear to light hazy medium red'ish colour with virtually no head. Aroma is barnyard, rhubarb, funk, tart, apple, blackberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tart, rhubarb, apple, blackberry, funky, barnyard, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Clear reddish purple colour with quick fading head. Aroma is fruity and very floral. Fruity sharp taste. Very perfumed. Fruity, not winey.
