Vintage 01.2020. Certificate Bottle. No brett, no glory, no spontaneously fermentation, no funny. no fresh cheries, no banana, no oak barrels, no high quality, no sugar added, oh Yeahhh!!! Czerwone, rozowe, poziomki w aromacie, truskawki, wisnie, kwasne, wytrawne, malo octowe, szkoda ale i tak kwasne, owocowa potega, fermentacja dobila wszystkie cukry zawarte w wisienkach. Piana jasno rozowa, prawie biala, spora, srednio trwala, metne, pyszne wytrawne i bardzo owocowe. Dpskonale do kazdego rodzaju czerwonego miesa. Jakosc fantazja i spokoj, dlugi czas tworzenia, certyfikat produkt regionalny, tradycyjny i bardzo szlachetny.

Half champagne bottle. Corked. Vintage 2018. Lambic with IGP sign. Piana spora musujaca, szybko powstaje niczym uciekajacy rosyjscy zolnierze na rowerach z okupowanych przez siebie terenow Ukrainy. Tak szybko ze wygrali by nie jeden Tour de Pologne. Metnawe zlotawo-slonecznikowe. W aromacie kwasna fermentujaca udeptana tradycyjnie kapusta glowiasta. W smaku kwasna kapusta, szatkowana kapusta pekinska skropiona winnym octem jablkowym, kwasne jablka typu papierowki, dziki bialy agrest, cydrowy niefiltrowany profil. Mocna tresciwosc, szarlotkowa tresciwosc. Kwasne i ciagnace sie te posmaki dluuugo.

375 ml capped and corked green bottle, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 8.8%. Slightly hazy and pale yellow colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large to moderate head. Aroma of white grapes, mild spices / herbs and brettanomyces / farmhouse. Tart flavour, notes of brettanomyces and white grapes, low bitterness.

Lett tåkete gulbrun med hvitt skum. Lukter eple, noe honning og trevirke. Lett. Sur, noe syrlig smak. Smaker eplesidereddik, blomster og noe trevirke. Middels lang.

375mL bottle at Brewdog Outpost - Tower Hill, pours a cloudy bright golden with a large white foamy head. Aroma brings out lots of champagne, barnyard funk, citrus, and horse blanket. Flavour is citric and funky, with lots of barnyard funk, horse blanket, sharp citrus, and oak. Funky and complex, with a champagne-like effervescence. Really good.

Draft at BXL. Hazy bright red. A lot of sour cherries, wheat, light funk, a bit lemon sharpness. Not much almond, but a soft herbal touch. Soft carbonation.
