Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to Cloin. Pours unclear red with a foamy, pink head. Lightly sweet, mellow juicy berries, low acidity. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, fairly tan overall.

Bottle shared at Welcome back to DS Tasting. Thanks to Colin. A hazed pink red coloured pour with a frothy pink head. Aroma is dry funky cherry, smoke, rubber, lemon rind. Palate is tart, prickly carbonation, pithy lemon. Flavour is composed of tart, prickly cherry, pithy lemon, clean funk, dry cherry funk.

Bottled 05-03-'18. Small but firm puff. Lightly cloudy yellow, fine white head, nice bubbles. Smell is real funky, sharp goats cheese. Body is soft, light, with some lovely carbonation. Soft sourness, loads of wood, dust and funk, tiny bitter. Real goaty.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy barnyard, leather, dark fruit - dark berries, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, barnyard, wood - oak, oak, dark fruit - dark berries, rapsberry, blackcurrant, blackberry.
