Cloudy bright yellow blond beer, creamy dense white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very dank, lots of marijuana, onions, diesel, more dank hops, a bit resinous, piny notes, floral. MF: soft carbon, medium body, creamy texture. Taste: a bit sweet upfront, very dank hops, a bit resinous, fruit notes, some oatmeal, tropical fruits, a bit resinous, pretty soapy, floral touch. Aftertaste: juicy, tropical fruits, very dank, resinous, hoppy, nice, gentle bitterness, citrus, zesty, some grapefruit, grassy, dank finish.

Very cloudy carmine reddish to peachy pinkish orange beer, small aery irregular big bubbled head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: peppery, pink peppercorn, Szechuan pepper, Timut pepper, funky, wild fermentation notes, some raspberries, brett notes. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: weird, slightly sweet and fruity start, some blackberries, funky fermentation, pretty peppery, bitter, vegetal notes, some pink peppercorns. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, a hint of chilli, vegetal, funky, not an amazing beer, but it is at the very least highly interesting and very original though!

Taste: good bitterness, zesty, orange peel, fruity, juicy, some tropical fruits, a little sweet, herbal touch, pretty dank, some marijuana. Aftertaste: fruity, lots of citrus, good bitterness, hoppy, a bit grassy, zesty, grapefruit, a little floral, nice but not great.

Taste: sweet, peach flavoured candy, strawberry cream candy, gentle bitterness, some honey if you look for it, a bit malty, ok. Aftertaste: pretty dry, malty, grains, hay, a bit of honey, a little oxidized, slightly bitter, some caramel.

MF lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, dusty, a hint of dried orange peel, a bit sweet, more dried orange peel. Aftertaste: some pears, very malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder, a bit sourish, oranges, tangerines, almost lemony, ok but not very good.

Draught @ Thiriez Hop Fest 2025. First beer of the day and it's a cracker. Pours a hazed deep dark brown, off-white head. Aroma is smokey, spicy with some suggestive heat. Great chili kick on initial sip, with settled smoky undertones emerging. Nice.

Draught @ Thiriez Hop Fest 2025. Pours a misty gold, pure white head. Quite a fruity, hoppy wheat beer.. some mango and mild pineapple shades, soft mouthfeel, good bitter finish. Nice.

Doree/pale, col blanc crémeux.
Arome sur un bouquet assez belge avec des pointes d'esters de banane. Appui leger sur la citronnelle et qcq fins effluves de gingembre en retrait.
Palais sur une belle base de blanche belge, petite pointe de gingembre qui apporte de la fraicheur tout en accompagnant la citronnelle. Apport bien marquee du Sorachi qui confère des pointes d'aneth. Je retrouve tout de même une note d'ester banane en find e bouche. Sympa et bien fraiche.
