On tap at Smugglers' Trail, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is salty, briny, and citric, with plenty of coriander and citrus tang. Flavour is very tangy and frothy, with citrus tang, coriander spice, moderate salt, and plenty of brine. Very thick, frothy palate that isn't so typical of the style. Unusual—it's alright.

On tap at Smugglers' Trail, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with fresh coffee, just like a fresh cup of coffee, with a touch of roasted barley. Flavour is dry and hearty, tasting like a fresh cup of coffee. Very hearty, quite dry. Very drinkable stuff.

Poured with very good foam on a chalice, deep cloudy orange body. Smells of soft smooth orange zest, pine hints. Tastes of good orangey hops, pine notes, orange peel, good oiliness but also a little tinny aftertaste, some warming alcohol. Decent enough, easy drinking.

Good foam on a clear gold body. Soft intense vinegar aroma, intense tartness, seems kind of wrong how it is. Taste is tartness, vinegar notes, soft light grain. Crisp and dry finish. A mixed bag, some elements are working and some aren't.

Smells of nice sweet coffee, barley, molasses notes, has good dark black body with modest foam. Flavour is simple coffee and dark chocolate, good carbonation but a little watery. Simple, some nice elements but also a little forgettable.

Soft apricot aroma, some vague grain notes, cloudy yellow body with little foam. Flavour is mellow apricot, slightly fake, minimal grain character. Full and crisp enough. Simple, clean, boring.

Nice foam and large bubbles on light gold body, simple aroma of corn and tin. Flavour is soft grain, smooth lager hops, slight corn notes. Smooth but aftertaste lingers that isn't the best. Drinkable but not too exciting.

Cask at the 8 x 8 Langley cask festival. The aroma is very soft and weak barley, has okay foam on a blackish brown body. Flavour is soft barley and a bit of black currant melding softly with it. Mouthfeel is reasonably smooth. Not bad but still a bit disjointed, black currant could be pushed ever so slightly further up but then again I wouldn't want some cloying sugar bomb either.
