Bottle shared by Angst. Thanks buddy! Pours deep dark red, still. Aroma has an insane amount of blueberry, cashews, caramel-like honey notes. Taste is out of this world crazy good too. Insanely concentrated blueberries, sweet jammy, light acidity, cashews, sweet honey backbone. Can't see how this could be any better. Just wow. Another straight 5 added to the mead list, hah.

Bottle @ Dry January share. Pours super dark red, still. Aromas of straight black currants, vanilla, oak, citrus, floral notes. Taste has lots of sweet honey, black currants, fruity and heavy acidity, tannins, floral notes, citrus, oaky vanilla finish. Intense and maybe a little too acidic but damn

Pours dark reddish purple. Smell is full, very intense, fruity, full on natural honey, syrupy. Taste is full, syrupy, sweet, very intense natural honey, very balanced, juicy, sugary but not too sweet due to the balance brought in by the fruit acidity. Extremely nice, which seems to be a given in pips.

375ml bottle pours out amber red. Nose is big sweet honey crisp tart cranberry a touch of cinnamon. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey tart berries vanilla cream notes and a touch of cinnamon.
