50cl bottle. BBE 09/2012. copper color with a frothy, beige, lasting head. aroma is mostly rye bread with some light toffee notes. Flavor has roastedness, bready malt with some caramel found in the long finish. smooth, medium carbonation. Decent dunkel.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, straw, toasted, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fresh, fruity - flowery. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild carbonation. (draught at the brewpub) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and dense medium-sized foamy head. Mildly sweet pale malty aroma with distinctively citrus-fruity and slightly herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malt-character with a tinge of draff and citric hops; dry-ish and moderately bitter and fruity hoppy finish. Slightly sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits, backed by herbal and slightly citric hops. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Slightly cara-malty and buttery taste with herbal accents and subtle fruity notes; moderately dry and bitter hoppy finish. Clean and easy-going, but not that spectacular. 18.IV.11

Würzig-malziger Antrunk mit leichter Süße und Blechnoten. Hiervon verschwindet zum Mittelteil fast alles, es bietet sich ein gänzlich anderes Bild mit malzig-mildem Grundton, auf süffig getrimmt. Passend würzig. 9/9/9/9//9
