Tap at World is Flat, Changi Airport, Singapore. Hazy orange gold colour, thin white foam head leaving lacing and tropical fuity, hoppy aroma. Taste is juicy fruits, mango, spicy citrus, zesty orange, grapefruit, pine and hop resiny bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Tap at 3rd Culture Brewing, Maxwell Food Court, Singapore. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus, yeast. The flavour is citrus, mouldy yeast bitter with a light crisp, fresh, yeasty, light fruity, dry mineral hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. As Saisons go this is a fine example, with all the defining flavours of the style but nothing overpowering.

Tap at the Freehouse, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a thin white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is malt, light tropical fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a smooth, light grainy malt, fruity, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at the Freehouse, Singapore. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is roasty malt, coconut, light chocolate. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a smooth, rich, roasty, chocolate, big coconut, liqouirce, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Loved the coconut but the chocolate was light. Lots of liqouirce too which tended to dominate sadly.
