Murky brown with a creamy head. Roasted malt, licorice, lemon, leather, slightly metallic. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry roasty malty bittersweet finish. A good Dunkel with enough depth.

Very grainy and bready, lemon zest, hay, straw. Grainy sweetness, mild dry zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, chalky texture, soft carbonated, dry grainy bready zesty finish. Nice Zwickel!

Swing top bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a solid, white head. Slightly spicy hops, malt appears a little tired. Medium body, lightly sweet malts and again this spiciness in the hops. Decent, finishing bitterness. 220923

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts mild, malty, sweetish. Grainy-spicy notes. Finish well balanced, mild malty, wheaty-sweetish. Okay.
