Hazy amber. Aroma is yeast light peach light banana with something sweet. Taste is super mellow smooth yeasty sweetness with white bread and some bitterness. Yeasty texture. Not super complex but just smooth and nice.

Bottle picked up from Getrankemarkt in Spiegelau and consumed at home Thursday 16th May 2024 after another day where I've spent a few hours of gardening, about to cook Turkey Wellington, with Some posh Potatoes, Cabbage and Onion Gravy. Will listen to ByteFM shortly. Pours hazy lemony yellow with a small to mid sized white head, refreshing and decent Radler, I knocked back two bottles in about 10-15 mins. I always see a Radler as the perfect thirst quencher and something to drink when you don't want a beer (because you'll drink it too fast) and you don't want a soft drink that's likely to be even sweeter and artificial. This is decent, nothing more nothing less.

Bottle picked up locally and consumed at home Thursday 11th April 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music as it is Round Table tonight. Cooking a Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna. Pours chestnut brown, hazy with an off white head. There is a pleasant mouthfeel, buzzy carbonation, some caramel in the flavour department, it is a little bready, it’s a fine if slightly underwhelming Dunkelweizen.

500ml bottle pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet bread malts and some grass. Taste is more of the nice light bread malts and some grass.
