Die Brauerei Schwarzer Adler, von der uns noch unser Wappentier erhalten ist, hat sich im Laufe der Zeit zur Brauerei Eichhorn entwickelt. Unsere Familie hat sich der handwerklichen Brautradition verschrieben, und wir stellen mit modernster Brautechnik in aller Ruhe ausgereifte Biere nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516 her. Und daran wird sich auch in Zukunft nichts ändern.

A light yellow beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has maltyness, grain, some grass. Taste has grain, some grassy hoppyness. Medium bodied. Simple, but pretty nice.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a creamy, beige head. Nutty, biscuity nose. Medium body, lightly sweet, caramelly notes with a subdued bitterness. Smooth and well made. No traces of the dryhopping. 200426

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear mid golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Caramel with some sweetness on the nose, soft malty. Taste starts also with caramel, increasing malty and fine spicy. Little bit above average carbonated. Nice one.

Bottle bought by mail order in Japan. Bright golden orange with a medium head. Big, fruity and spicy nose with peaches, banana, clove and some cinnamon. Sweet and estery flavor, very fruity. Creamy and estery, with tons of fruit and spice. Sweet and juicy.
