Sensory Session #13x: cloudy Amber color and a nice off-white head. Restrained nose, malty, faint grassy. Taste Is decent malty, some grassy flavors, faint caramel and nice, dryish, hoppy Finish. Nice dry Hops.

(Draft at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 17 April 2025) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, coffee and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, liquorice, cacao, coffee and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and harmonious schwarzbier. Very nice.

On tap at Artisan, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal and grassy notes, and straw. Flavour is super clean and crisp, with grassy and herbaceous notes, straw, and crisp crackers malt. Bright, clean and drinkable. Very good.

Bottle. Pours a dark gold colour with a tight white head, light hop aroma with hints of fruit, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.

Cask at Zum Fransiscaner in Stockholm. Firm lasting white head. Opaque solid yellow color.
A firm smoke aroma that resembles wurst smoke.
Well fermented to give a dry finish.
Balanced bitterness and light malty and yi y smoke in the taste.

Хороший лагер, радует что дрожжи не противные. Есть небольшая жженка, почти кофеек на финише. Просто хорошо.
