Description

Bottle looks simple, a bit premium-like. Beer in the glass zippy, modest cloudy, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, a bit sourish, but not too much. Finish with some interesting fruity hints of apricot. Not bad!

50 cl from bottle @ Moe’s Sportsbar, Bamberg. Hazy yellow colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells fresh, some herbs, some hops, some malts. Tastes fresh, herbs and spices, malts, slightly hoppy, grassy. Medium to heavy carbo, thin to medium body.

Bottle(@Schwarzer Adler, Dörfleins): Clear, golden with a greenish sheen, slowly collapsing loose white head, aromatic herbal-grassy nose with a mild pale-malty counterpart; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, not too dry, malty base detectable; slightly lingering dryish herbal finish with a nice - again - pale-malty counterpart. A really nice Pils of solid FRANCONIAN quality…

Starts sweetish and fruity, with notes of honey and just the right amount of slight sourness to balance the sweetness. Mild carbonation. Light bitterness, peppery hops. Finish is a bit weak and again more sweet than bitter. Could do well with some more hops.

Bottle from Green Berry Walmer drunk at home. Pale gold clear thick white head. Aroma of lemon hoppiness as I poured. Touch of lager puke on aroma. Apart from that its a pleasant pils. Ok in mouth good hoppy finish that builds in intensity. Good lemon flavours. Clean crisp. Just a touch empty in character. Still its tasty enough

Bottled. A hazy golden with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, eggs, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, eggs, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish.
