"Guts Weiße", "hergestellt von der Olchinger Braumanufaktur" (und daher wohl doch ein anderes Bier als die lohngebraute Olchinger Weiße), Flasche von Getränke Orterer, FFB, 27.6.2025. - Hellgoldbraun, hefetrüb; sehr üppige aber wenig beständige Schaumbildung. - In der Nase fein toastbrotiges Weizenmalz mit zarter Vanille, die übliche obergärige Fruchtigkeit, hier mit Trockenaprikose, und ganz zarte, gleichwohl deplazierte säuerliche Anklänge. - Antrunk weich und leise brotig weizenmalzig mit einem Hauch von Karamel, angenehm dezenter obergäriger Frucht, Trockenaprikose und Anklängen an kandierte Orangenschale, milder Süße und ganz leisen säuerlichen und muffigen Fehlaromen (alte Hefe). Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang leicht trocken und zart orangenfruchtig bei nachhallender Vanillesüße vor dem Hintergrund sehr dezenter hopfenwürziger Herbe - ein gelungener Abgang, der die anfänglichen leisen Fehlaromen vergessen läßt. Gut!

"Guts Hell", "hergestellt von der Olchinger Braumanufaktur", Flasche von Getränke Orterer, FFB, verkostet 13.5.2025. - Satt goldgelb, blank filtriert (daher wohl ein anderes Bier als das trübe "Natur Hell" aus Olching). - In der Nase zartes helles Malz, ein Hauch von Vanille und mild-aromatische, weich orangenfruchtige und leise herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk satt und annähernd kernig hellmalzig, fein brotig, mit zarter Vanillesüße und einem Hauch Honig. Feine, matt zitronige und blaß herbale Hopfung mit leicht muffigem Einschlag. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang bedrängen die muffigen Noten (Mottenkugeln) die milde zitronige Hopfung schon spürbar. - Eigentlich ein sauberes, klassisch gemalztes Helles, das nur leider zum Ende hin etwas unfrisch wirkt.

On tap at the Brewpub, Olching, Saturday 20th May 2023 on a beautiful sunny ☀️ day. Pours cloudy yellow with a large white head. The aroma has a very slight sulphur/eggyness or a beer person from the UK would suggest 'Burton Snatch'. A little cereal maltiness, a late fruity tang. Good but easily eclipsed by my previous beer.

On tap at the Brewpub, Olching, Saturday 20th May 2023 on a beautiful sunny ☀️ day. Pours hazy pale straw edging towards light gold with a large white head. Clearly a better beer now than it used to be, soft mouthfeel, a little citrus bite but a banananess does slowly present itself. Lacks a little bit of depth but otherwise very good.

On tap at the Brewpub, Olching, Saturday 20th May 2023 on a beautiful sunny ☀️ day. Pours hazy warm gold with a large white head. A little biscuity maltiness is soon overtaken by a great punchy hoppiness, it's fruity, citrussy but also a dry and bitterness runs through. Great.

50cl bottle. A clear reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of intense nutty malt, hazelnuts and caramel. Taste of caramelized and nutty malt, hazelnuts, moderate bitterness. Good!

Bottle. Cloudy amber, low white head. Classic sweet peachy, citric aroma, a hint paint stripper. Medium body, dry, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Light chalky and tealike minerally base, fruity back.

Bottle. Cloudy dark orange-amber, lively carbonation, golden foam. Roast, fatty malt, lightly sour grainy nose, fruity caramel nose. Medium to light, lightly overattenuated body, a bit fizzy, dry caramel and grain, bready, minimal hop counterpoint. ok.

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear dark golden, fluffy head. Grassy hoppy, some sourdough, hay, citrus, slightly metallic. Dry hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. A rather crisp and good Helles!
